Ignoring the $3.80 nothing much on the ask going up ....the opening games
The $3.80 has a bid against it....they are trying to get others to fill in between to hold the stink
Longs, always question the shorts, bears and pretend investors on the bullboards...and ALWAYS question the BID/ASK at open!!! I have noticed for a LONG time fake setups before open....

BTW you on the ask at $3.90 there is someone on the bid who is going to scoop your shares...I bet you remove at the last second or move up. LOL I will snapshot 9:29am....bets on this disappearing??
